They're not no code but I did write a basic template (using the usual NextJS, Tailwind, MongoDB, and Stripe) and I just use that every time.

Design is my main weakness, but I started using shadcn on AI startup #3 and it helped a lot (might also play with DaisyUI since I've heard good things about that).
